To Have a Strong Body

The time has come................ This July is the "Nutrition month celebration".The theme:"Wastong Nutrisyon Kailangan, Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan." Nutrition is the assimilating of food.
Vegetables, fruits are the foods that giving us a nutrition.All of us has a strong body, but if we've not protect ourselves,the lifestyle diseases can go to our body.
To have a strong body,we must eat nutritious food. And we must protect ourselves.so that the lifestyle diseases, will never goes to our body, and our life will be safety.
